We are very proud to announce that PANIWATER project leader Kevin McGuigan has been named as a recipient of the UNESCO-Equatorial Guinea International Prize for Research in the Life Sciences which rewards outstanding scientific research projects that have led to an improvement in the quality of human life.
The PANIWATER first steering committee meeting was held on the 15th of October 2019 in Almería, Spain.
The meeting hosted by Plataforma Solar de Almería has been joined by colleagues from RCSI – Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, URJC – Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) -NEERI, the BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa Campus and INNOVA

The PANIWATER kick-off meeting was held on the 11th and 12th of February 2019 in New Delhi, India. PANIWATER is a four-year €5 million project funded by the European Union and the Indian Government to reduce reliance on unsafe drinking water in India.
The consortium is composed by 18 partners and all the delegates were present at DEVALT venue and each of them gave a short presentation in order to introduce their role in the project.
